​At Roding Valley High School our staff strive to support our students, both inside and outside the classroom.

We would like to invite the Roding Valley Community to nominate any member of staff that you feel are going above and beyond to support either your own or your child’s experience within our school. So for example; this could be a Teacher that supported you in class, a member of support staff that has been extremely helpful or colleague who has supported you at work.

Nominations are welcome from the Roding Valley community, this could include; parents, students, staff or a member of the public. You can nominate ANY member of our staff, this includes teachers, admin staff, catering staff, IT staff, pastoral staff and site team staff, as we value every member of our school team and believe that everybody plays an important part in ensuring that our school is a safe and happy place for students to learn and grow.

All Staff nominated will receive a ‘Shining Star in Our School certificate’ and then once a month one member of staff will be crowned as the Superstar in our school’.

With your support we can work together to continue to be a supportive and positive environment, ensuring that the wellbeing of all our staff and students remain our highest priority.
